About OnePoland
There's only One Poland, not New, Old, Third, etc. And it does not matter where you live, who you are, if you were born in Poland or your grand parents were. If you feel Polish, love Poland, there is only One Poland. Wherever you are.
This site has useful links to other sites relating to Poland that I found interesting and if you are connected with Poland through birth, origin, or simply love or want to research Poland, and live all over the world and want to keep in touch with today's Poland, you may find them useful too.
But WHY is it in English?
English is the primarily language for this site as this is my everyday language. I think, I dream and I talk English 99.9% of the day - I blame my English Teacher in secondary school who said - "If you truly want to speak another language, you must think in it too". So from somewhere around the age of 16 I switched my brain into English. In fact, the site is not all about Poland, it's a legacy of my life, my children's life and hopefully my children's children. So enjoy!
